Welcome to VVSKING. These are the basic terms for shopping with us. By placing an order, accessing, or shopping at our Site (https://thevvsking.myshopify.com/), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

• Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order or make a purchase.
• Currency: All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and state regulations.
• International Orders: For shipments outside the United States, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import fees, taxes, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, hold, or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, cases involving an obvious pricing error, typographical mistakes, suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or inventory stock issues.

If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We accept the payment methods explicitly displayed during checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s e-commerce platform infrastructure.

VVSKING never sees, accesses, handles, or stores your full credit card number or raw financial data. For high-value transactions, our risk-screening systems may flag an order, and we reserve the right to request additional identity or government-issued photo ID verification before processing or shipping the items.

• Insured Shipping: Due to the high value of jewelry assets, all orders are shipped fully insured via our preferred carriers.
• Signature Required: A physical adult signature is strictly required upon delivery to release the package.
• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. Once the carrier marks your package as "Delivered" with confirmation of the signature, VVSKING is no longer liable for lost, missing, or stolen packages.
• Delays: VVSKING is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, severe weather events, customs holds, or acts of nature outside our reasonable control.

It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide accurate sizing details (including ring size, chain length, or bracelet measurements) at the time of order placement.

VVSKING is not liable for fit issues resulting from incorrect sizing metrics provided by the customer. Professional resizing services may be available for an additional service fee plus applicable shipping costs.

Visual Accuracy: We make every operational effort to display jewelry colors, diamond brilliance, and metal finishes accurately. However, because metal reflections and gemstone colors depend on specialized photography lighting and individual device screen configurations, we cannot guarantee an exact visual match on your screen.

Material Integrity: All precious metal types, karat fineness (e.g., 14K, 18K), and specific gemstone or diamond treatments are explicitly disclosed in the product descriptions in good faith compliance with industry standards.

Ethical Sourcing: Our diamonds are sourced exclusively from trusted global suppliers who certify full compliance with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme and the World Diamond Council system of warranties to ensure conflict-free assets.

We offer a 15-day return window for eligible items. The window begins on the calendar date the carrier marks the tracking status as delivered.

• Condition: To qualify for a return, jewelry must be completely unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and inside its original packaging with all security tags, grading certificates, and documentation intact.
• Process: You must email contact@vvsking.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns sent back without prior approval will be rejected.
• Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days of our workshop receiving and completing inspection of the physical item.

Final Sale Restrictions: All sales are final on custom-designed orders, personalized engravings, resized pieces, or specially modified items. These custom items cannot be returned or exchanged under standard preferences.

Defective or Incorrect Merchandise: If an item arrives physically defective or materially differs from its description, you must contact us within 15 days of delivery. VVSKING will provide a prepaid, insured return shipping label and issue a replacement, repair, or full refund upon inspection approval.

If you create a customer profile on our storefront, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You accept liability for all activities, purchases, and changes that occur under your account login.

You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose. Prohibited actions include placing fraudulent orders, scraping data, reverse engineering site elements, uploading malicious code, or disrupting storefront operations.

All content displayed across this Site—including custom product images, photographic assets, proprietary designs, text descriptions, layout code, logos, branding, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of VVSKING or its licensors and is fully protected under United States and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are strictly prohibited from copying, republishing, modifying, distributing, or reusing any media or asset on this site without explicit prior written authorization from us.

12.1 Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at contact@vvsking.com with a written Notice of Dispute. We will attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally within 30 days of receipt.

12.2 Binding Individual Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be settled informally, it shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The physical venue for arbitration hearings shall be in the state of Illinois.

12.3 Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU EXPLICITLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE LEGAL ACTION.

12.4 Opt-Out & Small Claims: You have the right to opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of your first purchase or interaction by emailing contact@vvsking.com with a clear opt-out declaration. Small claims courts in Illinois remain an open option for individual qualifying claims within jurisdictional limits.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VVSKING, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR CONCERNING THESE STORE TERMS OR THE PURCHASE OF ANY GOODS SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE EXACT PURCHASE PRICE PAID TO VVSKING FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

Nothing within these terms seeks to exclude or limit corporate liability for proven fraud, gross negligence, intentional willful misconduct, or any other statutory liabilities that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable state or federal jurisdictions.

Governing Law: These Terms and all transactions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability: If any specific provision or clause within these store terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by an authorized court or arbitrator, that section shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Updates: We reserve the right to modify these store terms at any time. Material alterations will be updated directly on this page with a revised date check.
