SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with VVSKING. Because we deal in high-value luxury jewelry, every order is handled with premium care from the moment it leaves our hands to the moment it arrives at yours.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Custom, personalized, or special-order items have separate production timelines communicated at the time of order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
Standard Shipping — 5–7 business days — Insured, tracked
Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days — Insured, tracked
Overnight / Priority — 1 business day — Insured, tracked, signature required
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and destination. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Any applicable threshold will be displayed at checkout.
SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
Due to the high value of our jewelry, a signature is required upon delivery for all orders. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for scheduling a redelivery or picking up your package at a local facility.
VVSKING is not responsible for packages that are left without a signature at the customer's request via the carrier's delivery override options.
INSURANCE
All shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit for their full declared value. Details are included in your order confirmation. If your package arrives damaged, contact us at contact@vvsking.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
TRACKING
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your package directly with the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) using that number.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier and a signature has been confirmed, VVSKING is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:
1. Check with neighbors, building management, or a secure location on your property.
2. Contact the carrier directly to open a trace or claim.
3. Contact us at contact@vvsking.com and we will assist in any way we can with the carrier's investigation.
If a package is lost in transit (not yet marked delivered), please contact us immediately at contact@vvsking.com and we will open a carrier claim on your behalf.
INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. VVSKING is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at contact@vvsking.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee them once an order has been processed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's sole responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
- Extended delivery times due to customs processing. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
- Carrier restrictions for certain high-value items in certain countries.
International shipments are insured for their declared value. VVSKING is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
SHIPPING DELAYS
VVSKING is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, customs holds, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Delivery time estimates are not guarantees.
If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at contact@vvsking.com and we will work with the carrier on your behalf.
HOLIDAY PROCESSING
During peak shopping periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), processing times and carrier transit times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery. Any known delays will be communicated on the Site.
